On this podcast, we talk about the yoga scene in Kelowna, silent retreats and their latest wilderness alpine expedition she directed for teens. The expeditions (ones for adults coming in the Spring) explores how to work with life's challenges and supports how to live life with more authenticity, creativity, and deep appreciative joy.
