ABOUT

Melissa Berry Appleton is a Buddhist chaplain, Master Clinical Counselling candidate, meditation teacher, yoga & somatic movement practitioner. She is a chaplain at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, and clinical counselling intern with Third Space Charity at UBCO & Interior Health Physician groups. Melissa has a home studio known as 'The Domestic Monastery' where community members gather to practice meditation.
